Underwater Zurich

Exposed at 2015 edition of Photobastei in Zurich, this series of 10 pictures depicts the underwater world of Zurich Lake. Dark and moody, these black and White images convey the mood and atmosphere of the underwater lake. A timeless world made of dark water, underwater trees and the odd fish.

The idea behind this project was to discover and bring to the surface the little known world below the water of the beautiful Zurich lake, where every summer weekend, on its lakeside, the locals bath, swim and cook BBQ with little idea of what lies beneath.
